The Roast Chick*n Pieces are delicious and versatile, and can be used in place of anywhere you would find regular chicken, be that in a sandwich or cooked into your favourite dishes. We make them using chickpeas, with the addition of vital wheat gluten, sage, thyme, miso and a few other natural ingredients.
